kaǹmaδil T.M. Stone wall, കാവി ന്‍ കന്മതില്‍മേല്‍ TP. (കല്‍, as in കന്നാരം). കന്മദം 'stone juice' Bitumen, or granulated gypsum from Arabia (= ശിലാജതു S.). തൊല്ക്കന്മതം Styrax Benzoin (അശ്മപുഷ്പം S.). കന്മാടം stone building.

kušavaǹ T. M. Potter, & കുയവന്‍; fem. കുശവി, കയവി V1., also കാണാതെ കണ്ട കുശത്തി താള്‍ എല്ലാം വാരി prov. കുശക്കലം potter's vessel, — ക്കുഴി loam; also കുശമണ്ണു. കുയത്തെരു potter's dwelling or workshop.

koṭṭil T. Cowhouse (comp. കൊട്ടാരം) 1. shed, barn, workshop (chiefly of കൊല്ലന്‍, also of ഒസ്സാന്‍). കൊട്ടിലില്‍ കട്ടിലിട്ടാല്‍ കയ്യ നും കട്ടിലേറും prov. പന്തലും കൊട്ടിലും കെട്ടി ച്ചമെക്ക Nal. temporary shelter. പടക്കൊട്ടില്‍ KR. barracks. 2. house (hon.). കൊട്ടിലകത്തു in the innermost room, where the evening light is first placed for the ancestors.
