kūjuγa T. M. also — ശു —, സു — (√ കു ഞ്ചു ?) 1. To stoop, bend, contract (പല്‍ teeth to be set on edge). 2. to be shy, bashful, to dread. കാമിച്ചു നാണിച്ചു കൂശിത്തുടങ്ങിനാര്‍ CG. (girls). കൂശാതേ നിന്നു Bhr. dauntless. കൂശാതേ പാതാളത്തില്‍ ഇറങ്ങി KR. I. VN. 1. കൂശല്‍ timidity, shyness, doubt അവ ന്ന് ഒരു കൂ. അശേഷം കാണുകയില്ല Cr Arj. കൂ. എന്നിയേ confidently. 2. also കൂച്ചല്‍ ഇല്ലാതേ; കൂച്ചം‍ So. = fear; but generally കൂച്ചല്‍ cramp in the extremities, = പാച്ചല്‍. II. കൂച്ചു 1. kuṇguγa T. To sink low, കുങ്ങുക M. to be elated with joy, lust, sport. കുങ്കന്‍ 1. N. pr. of men, കുങ്കി & കുങ്കമ്മ of women. 2.
