čaγaḍụ (Tdbh.; ശകടം) = ചാടു cart 1. The whole in a lump. Tdbh. സകൂടും average. ചകട്ടില്‍ വില്ക്ക to sell by bulk. 2. also ച വടു measure of a half ആഴക്കു.

čoriyuγa T.M. (C. സു — to empty, pour out, ജൂ — to trickle, Te. C. കു — to rain) 1. v. n. To flow down, pour, shower (as മഴ, അസ്ത്രം, സ്രാവം). കോരിച്ചൊരിയുന്ന മാരി, മാരി ചൊരിയുന്നു CG. ചൊരിഞ്ഞ കണ്ണീരോടും Bhr. ചൊരിയച്ചോര (huntg.) blood flowing richly. 2. v. a. to pour out, to shoot corn etc. out of a sack; മേഘങ്ങള്‍ ചോര ചൊരിഞ്ഞു, കൂരന്പു കോരി ചൊരിഞ്ഞു തുടങ്ങിനാന്‍ Bhr. ഞങ്ങള്‍ തീച്ചൊരിഞ്ഞു CG. പായില്‍ ഉറുപ്പിക ചൊരി ഞ്ഞെണ്ണി (jud.) ആ മുതല്‍ ഒരു മുണ്ടില്‍ ചൊരി ഞ്ഞു MR. നിലത്തു ചൊ. — ശ്രവണാന്തരേ കുംഭ സഹസ്രജലം ചൊരിഞ്ഞാര്‍ AR. (to awaken Kumbhakarṇa). Hence: ചൊരികലമൂണി B. a miser, as licking a leeking vessel.
