ābharaṇam S. (ഭര്‍) Decoration, ornaments. മെയ്യാഭരണം, നവ നല്ലാഭരണങ്ങള്‍ RC. originally they were forbidden in Kēraḷa; the most common are now: തോള്വള bracelet, കടകം wrist-ring, നൊറിപ്പട്ടം frontlet, ശിഖാ മണി hairpin, കാതില or കുണ്ഡലം or കുണുക്ക ear-ring, മൂക്കുത്തി nose-ring, മാല necklace, ഊ ര്‍മ്മിക finger-ring, തള ankle-ring.
