kāvēri S. (T. also കാവിരി, from prec. & ഏരി or ഇരി) N. pr. a river. തലക്കാവേരി (& തലക്കാവിരി) its sacred source കുടകു മഹാക്ഷേത്രം ത. കാശിക്കു സമം TR. കാവേരിപ്പട്ടണം N. pr. an old emporium at the river's mouth. Pay.
