Tdbh. = ഗണം a body of persons, assembly, circle; also = ക്ഷണം 2. — ക. ഇരിക്ക the armed Brahmans to assemble in a Brahmanical temple with worship of Gaṇapati to consult on Govt. affairs ഒരു സംഘം കണമിരിക്ക, കണത്തിന്നധികാരികള്‍ KU. കണപ്പുറം the place of sitting for such purpose KU. കണക്ക a med. = കനക്ക (രാക്കണ്ണു കണത്ത തിന്നു മരുന്നു).

kōmaǹ (T. haughty, √ കോ) N. pr. of Nāyer, Mucwar, etc. — കോമച്ചന്‍, കോമപ്പന്‍ id. ചവിട്ടല്ല കോമച്ച prov. കോമന്‍പായുക a disease of cattle (T. കോമാ രി, fr. ഗോ?). കോമപ്പട്ടു CG. a kind of silk. കോമരം (T. കോമാന്‍ priest, head-man) the oracle of a God; possessed devil-dancer വാ ളെടുത്തു കോ. തുള്ളിനടന്നു Bhg. ദുഷ്ടനാം കലിയുടെ കോ'മായി തീര്‍ന്നു Nal 3. Thus കാ മന്‍ അവരെ തന്‍ കോ'മാക്കി CG. possessed them fully. — met. ആനന്ദം തന്നുടെ കോ' മായിനിന്നു; കാരുണ്യം തന്നുടെ കോ' മായി CG. like an incarnation of mercy, delight, etc. — also merely കാമുകന്മാര്‍ എല്ലാം കോ മരമായി CG. were beside themselves. — കോമരക്കാരന്‍ devil's-dancer.

MR. may you be pleased to protect us etc. കൃപാനിധി, — സിന്ധു a sea of grace; full of mercy. കൃപാപാത്രം an object of pity. കൃപാവാന്‍, കൃപാലു pitying, kind.

kaimaḷ So., കമ്മള്‍ No. q. v. Nāyer chief.
