koṇḍa 1. T. M. (C. Tu. ഗൊണ്ട) Tuft of hair, hair-tresses. കൊണ്ടകെട്ടുക to tie the hair in a tuft. കൊണ്ടകെട്ടി N. pr. Coṇḍōṭṭi SE. of Calicut. കൊണ്ടന്‍കോഴി = ജാതിക്കോഴി (loc.) 2.
