kar̀nkka 1. (കറു I.) (കുറു) Shortness പന്ന ഗശായി ചെറുക്കുറളായിപ്പണ്ടുലകേഴും അളന്ത പുരാന്‍, ചൊല്ലെഴും കുറളായി RC. dwarf. 2. = കുരള്‍ f. i. എന്‍റെ കുരളെ പിടിച്ചു MR. throat. കുറള്‍മാന്‍ B. a certain deer (perhaps കുരാ ല്‍മാന്‍). കുറള T. aM. = കുരള backbiting കു. ചൊല്ലുന്ന ഭരതമാതാ KR. കുറളന്‍ dwarf. = കുള്ളന്‍.

kōδa (T. women's hair, കോതു) N. pr. of men & women, prob. fr. ഗോദ (giving cows). കോതവര്‍മ്മന്‍ & ഗോദവര്‍മ്മന്‍.

kaṭṭa T. M. (C. Te. ഗഡ്ഡ fr. ഗഡു stout, thick). 1. Lump, mass, ചോരക്കട്ട coagulated blood. കട്ടവെക്ക, പിടിക്ക to concrete as തയിര്‍ etc. തീക്കട്ടകഴുകിയാല്‍ കരിക്കട്ട prov. 2. = മ ണ്‍കട്ട clod, sod. ഉരുട്ടുക ക., പെട്ടിക്ക. (for building). 3. clog, കട്ടച്ചെരിപ്പു Palg. = മെതിയടി. Hence: കട്ടക്കാര a thorny plant. കട്ടക്കാണം 1. the right of breaking the ground = തൂശിക്കാണം, കൊഴു അവകാശം. 2. a tenure of ricefields unfavorable to the cultivator, hence called കഷ്ടക്കാണം. കട്ടക്കിടാവു newborn infant തന്‍ ക. മായി തുഷ്ട യായ്നിന്നാള്‍ CG. അരയന്നക്ക. പോലെ RS.
