čand/?/ram S. (ചന്ദ്ര) Lunar, as ചാന്ദ്ര മാസം a lunar month. ചാന്ദ്രായണം a religious observance of 30 days, increasing the food by one mouthful every day during the light half & diminishing it during the dark half; a വ്രതം for getting children with ഗവ്യം.

čuriγa M. T. C. Te. സു — (= ഛൂരിക S., fr. preceding?) A dagger, small sword നേ രേ വന്നാല്‍ ചു. prov. (opp. കടുത്തില). തുള്ളും മുനയോടിളകും ചുരികകള്‍ Bhr. ചുരികക്കോല്‍ a fencing stick, used in വേലതുള്ളുക.
