laččaǹ (Tdbh. of യക്ഷ). A goblin, apparition in dreams etc., f. ലച്ചി.

r̀āǹ = ഇറാന്‍ (Te. റേന്‍ king = T. ഇറയന്‍). Interj. of obedience in answering a king: be it so! റാന്തല്‍ vu. = ലാന്തര്‍.
