havis S. (= ഹവം). 1. Sacrifice, esp. the fat part burnt. 2. clarified butter മറ്റുള്ള യാഗങ്ങളുടെ ഹവിസ്സും എടുത്തു, അശിവമേധത്തി ന്നുടെ ഹ. KR. ഹവിര്‍ഭാഗം Bhg. Anach. fat bit of a sacrificed sheep etc. ഹ'ങ്ങള്‍ ദ്വകള്‍ ഭുജിച്ചു VilvP.

saǰǰanam S. (സല്‍). Well-born, good സജ്ജനനിന്ദയും ദുര്‍ജ്ജനസേവയും Sah. despising the good. സ'സന്പര്‍ക്കം, — സംസര്‍ഗ്ഗം etc. സജ്ജനാചാരത്തില് ആസ്ഥ‍ Si Pu.

sīram S. A plough സീത സീരാഗ്രലബ്ധ യായി Bhg. സീ. കൊണ്ടൂന്നി വലിച്ചു തുടങ്ങി മന്ദിരത്തേ CG. said of Balarāma, called സീര പാണി, or സീരി. സീവനം S. (സിവ്). Sewing = സ്യൂതി.
