(= കുഞ്ഞന്‍റേയില്‍, കൈ യില്‍).വളപ്പില്‍ കൊണ്ടേ കുഴിച്ചിട്ടു MR.

kuruδi T. M. 1. Blood, കുരുതിപ്പുനല്‍ Bhr. = ചോരപ്പുഴ; കുരുതിയൊത്ത മിഴി RC. കു. കുറുക്കികൊല്ലുക. & കു. മറിക്ക TP. to diminish or bring back the blood by charms. 2. also കുരുസി, mixture of red turmeric & chunam, representing blood in demon worship കു. കുഴി ക്ക etc.; also നിണം.

kaḍavụ VN. (കടക്ക) 1. Beach, landing place, wharf (= കട, H. ഘട).തോണി ക ടവത്തു കെട്ടി TR. — തോണിയില്‍ ക. കടത്തി വരുന്നു MR. to ferry over — കുളക്കടവു TP. steps descending to a tank or river, hence കടവിരി ക്ക, കുടവിറങ്ങല്‍ to go to stool and wash after it. 2. resort, track of wild beasts. ഇളമാന്‍ കട വറിയാ prov. തിക്കും കുടവും ഏകി വിളിക്ക, ക. ഉറച്ചോ (huntg.) — തോക്കുകാര്‍ കടവിരുന്നു മൃ ഗം കടവില്‍ പെട്ടാല്‍ വെടി വെക്കും MC. ഊ രും കടവും തിരികയില്ല TP. I don't know the place and its ways. Hence: കടവുകാരന്‍ ferry-man. കടവുതോണി ferry-boat. കടവത്തു കുത്തക MR. കടവാരം wharf ക'ങ്ങളില്‍ മരം കയററുക MC. II.
