kottaḷam 5. (കൊള്‍ + തളം ?) 1. Bulwark, bastion, comm. കൊന്തളം. 2. trough, stone pavement (= കൊട്ടത്തളം).

kašaṇam 1. S. Rubbing (കഷം touchstone). 2. M. a bit, piece, fragment (So. also കഷ്യം). denV. കഷണിക്ക 1. to cut in pieces. 2. So to toil = കഷ്ടിക്ക. കഷണ്ടി (കഴണ്ടി V2.) baldness. ക'ക്കാരന്‍, ക'ത്തലയന്‍ bald.

kaḍaγam S. 1. Bhr.; also കടകന്‍ അടിക്ക TP. a feint or pass. 3. = കുംഭം astr. കടക രാശിയില്‍ KR.

kiḷḷuγa T. M. (C. Te. ഗില്ലു; comp. ചി ളളുക) To nip, pinch, pluck കിളളിക്കൊടുക്ക give by little & little. ഒരു കിളളു, കിളളല്‍ as much as is taken up between 2 fingers, a pinch (= നുളളു). കിളളിക്കുറിച്ചിമഹാദേവ Sil. N. pr. of a Siva temple.
