Te. എ സരു). 1. sap of a palm-tree etc.; ചാറു ഊ ററുക No. slavering of children. 2. broth, soup. നല്ല ചാറും ചോറും കണ്ടില്ല (of pepper-water & curry eaten hot). 3. infusion, decoction. ഇഞ്ചിച്ചാ. ginger-tea, പുളിഞ്ചാറു, മു ളഞ്ചാറു or മുളകുചാറു etc. കുങ്കുമപ്പൂച്ചാററില്‍ VetC., കുങ്കുമച്ചാറു തന്‍ നന്മണം, മാലേയ ച്ചാറൂറും CG. — ചാറെറണ്ണക്കു മരുന്നു a med. ചാറുപെടുക V1. juice to run out. — ചാര്‍പ്പെ ടുക്ക to squeeze; met. to trouble one. ചാററുക 1. to drizzle V1.
