ńānnụ (T — ന്‍റു,) Day, in മിനിഞ്ഞാന്നു. ഞാന്മെയ്താലി Pay. (= ഞാല്‍, മെയ്, താലി).

ńamuṇḍnγa (C. നവുടു to rub) To squeeze; knead, f. i. rice with curry as Brahmans do in eating. പാലില്‍ പുഴുങ്ങി ഞമുണ്ടി a. med. (also ഞമിണ്ടുക No.; see ഞെവിണ്ടുക). ഞമ്മള്‍ Mpl. = നമ്മള്‍.

ńel/?/iyuγa (Te. C. നീലുഗു, നിഗ്ഗു from നെടു, നിള്‍) To stretch oneself, to strut, ഞെളിഞ്ഞു നടക്ക to walk affectedly, proudly. ആരും സമം ഇല്ല എന്നു ഞെളിഞ്ഞീടും Sah. ശി ഷ്ടപാലകന്‍ എന്നു ഭാവിച്ചിട്ട് ഒട്ടുമേ ഞെളിയേ ണ്ട കൃഷ്ണ SG. ഇന്നേറ ഞെ. ńaṇuṇṇuγa So. (C. നഗ്ഗു) To be bulged, crushed. ഞണുക്കുക, ക്കി v. a. to bulge, to crush. ഞണുഞണുക്ക, ത്തു So. To be sticky, clammy.

ńer̀unbal Gnashing the teeth. ഞെറുന്പിക്ക B. to gnash the teeth.

ńēḍu B. No. A cuff on the head. ഞേടുക v. a. So. & No. = മേടുക, id. with closed fist.

ńer̀i (C. Tu. നെരി) 1. Fold, tuck. 2. (T. M. നെറി) way. ദീനെ ഞെ. യായി നടത്തി Ti. = വഴിക്കേ properly. അവന്‍റെ കാര്യത്തിന്നു ന ല്ല ഞെറിയുണ്ടു = ചട്ടം, ക്രമം. (No.) ഞെറിക്കോവ flounces or frills of Ola or flowers round the head, neck waist of devil's-dancers in കെട്ടിയാട്ടം q. v. ഞെറിയുക (V1. also ഞൊ —; see നെറി) to plait, to tuck or fold a cloth, esp. as for idols ഞെറിഞ്ഞു കൊടുക്ക; women ചേല ഞെറി ഞ്ഞുടുക്ക V1. To become soft or mellow, malleable as gold. 2. to yield, sink. ഞെക്കുക (V1. ഞെള്‍ക്കുക = ഞെരുക്കു) 1. to press, strangle (Tu. നുക്കു). കഴുത്തു ഞെക്കുന്ന ദേ ഹരോഗം a. med. പിടിച്ചപ്പോള്‍ ഞെക്കീടാ ഞ്ഞാല്‍ prov. 2. to squeeze, crush, നഖ ത്തില്‍ ആക്കി ഞെക്കിക്കൊന്നു (a louse); to make impressions with the thumb. ഞെക്കിപ്പ ഴുപ്പിച്ച പഴം പോലെ prov.; ഞെക്കിനോക്ക.
