taṭṭam 1. T. So. A flat plate. 2. (loc.) a pony, see II. തട്ടു. 3. (C. Te. ദട്ടി) long cloth tied round the waist, see തടുപ്പു) cloth as used for veils etc. സുല്‍ത്താന്‍റെ ത. Ti. Tippu's garment. അരെക്ക ഒരു ത. കെട്ടി jud. — ചന്ദ്ര ക്കലത്തട്ടം the nimbus-like arch under which the idol is suspended when carried about.

toḷuttụ (T. So. also തൊഴുവം, fr. തൊഴു 3., C. തുളി & Te. tor̀r̀u, cattle) A stable, sheepfold, shed for goats, etc. നായരുടെ തൊ ഴുത്തില്‍നിന്നു കളവുപോയ മൂരി MR.

tṛpti S. = തര്‍പ്പണം Satiety, satisfaction അവര്‍ ഉണ്ടു തൃ. വന്നാറേ when they had eaten enough. ദേഹികളേ തൃ. ഇല്ലപിശാചിനു Genov. (also ഇല്‍ & ആല്‍). പിതൃക്കള്‍ പൂജിച്ചു തൃ. വ രുത്തുക Vil. ( = തര്‍പ്പിക്ക). ജന്മശതം ഉണ്ണുകിലും ഇല്ലവനു തൃ. ChVr. തൃ. ഇല്ല കഥ കേള്‍പാന്‍ (or കേട്ടാല്‍) Bhg.; also revenge മൃത്യുഭവിച്ചകംസ നു തൃ. വരുത്തുക Bhg. തൃപ്തന്‍, തൃപ്തിമാന്‍ satisfied — തൃപ്താക്ഷന്മാരായി Bhg.

taḍavuγa T. M. C. Te. 1. To stroke, pat മുലത്തടം തടവി Bhr.; കാല്‍ ത. to shampoo. (=തഴുകുക) തെന്നല്‍ശരീരത്തെ ത. Bhr. 2. to smear, rub into the body. 3. (po.) to be joined = ചേരുക, as വക്രത തടവിന ദംഷ്ട്രങ്ങള്‍ crooked fangs. വക്രത തടവീടും ബുദ്ധികള്‍ VCh. VN. തടവല്‍ rubbing gently. CV. തടവിക്ക & മെയി തടയിച്ചു jud.
