payimba No. (So. T. പൈ, Tu. pasambe, C. pasube) A bag, sack പണ്ടാരം ഇട്ട പ. ക്കെട്ടം ഉറങ്ങാതേ കാത്തു കൊള്‍വിന്‍ Pay.; പയി ന്പെരെ മേലും ചോര കണ്ടു (jud. Mpl.). ഈ പ. യുടെ ഭാഗ്യം (womb) says an unhappy mother.

pūčči 1. vu. Fart. (S. പൂതി?, Tu. pūke, C. purugu.) പൂച്ചിയും വളിയും No. 2. T. = പുഴു any insect. പൂച്ചിയും ചാതിയും Palg. (പൂ): പൂച്ചട്ടി a flower-pot. പൂ ചാര്‍ത്തുക to use flowers for decoration ൦രം ശനു പൂ'ര്‍ത്തും പൂമരങ്ങള്‍ Anj. പൂച്ചുട്ടി V1. a peculiar mark or ornament on the crown of the head. 2. a little fish (see foll.). പൂച്ചൂടി = prec.; കടല്‍പ്പൂ.
