palam S. (fr. പല?) 1. A weight = ൪ ക ര്‍ഷം or ൧൨ കഴഞ്ചു CS. generally = 10 Rs. or ½ Rātel (നാട്ടുകോല്‍); = 5 Rs. (by കൊളമക്ക ങ്കോല്‍). ൧൦൦ പ. ഒരു തുലാം (of 32 Ibs.); നിശ്ശേ ഷദേഹം ഒരു സഹസ്രം പ. ഉണ്ടു Brhmd. തട പ്പലം 10, നാട്ടുപലം 12, ഇടപ്പലം 13½ or Cal. 14 Rs. weight. 2. = പലലം flesh. 3. Tdbh. ഫലം.
