šrōni S. (L. clunes). The hips & loins ശ്രോ.മന്‍ത്തിട്ട തന്നെയും വെല്ക, CG.; hence: വിപുലശ്രോണിയാള്‍ SiPu. with large buttocks. ചുറോണി തങ്ങളുടെ അടുത്തു മേല്ക്കു ഴിക്കു മീതേ MM.

šuǰi S. (II. ശുച്). 1. Purity മുങ്ങിക്കുളി ഒഴികേ മറെറാന്നും ശുചിക്കു പോരാ Anach. 2. pure ഇക്കുലം അതിശുചിയായതു KR. വിവ ര്‍ണ്ണവസ്ത്രം അഖിലം ശുചി Anach. denV. ശുചീകരിക്ക to purify. ശുചീന്ദ്രം N. pr. a temple in Trav. where Indra was freed from his loathsome curse (Such. Māh.)

šuddham S. (part. pass, of ശുധ് = ശു ച്). 1. Purified, clean; purity കണ്ണിന്നു ശു. തോന്നുന്നേടത്തു പാദം വെച്ചു Bhg. ശു. വരു ത്തുക to purify what is polluted. കുളിക്കാ ഞ്ഞാല്‍ ശു. വന്നില്ല Anach. പുണ്യാഹം കൊണ്ടു ശു. വരുന്നു ശു. മാറി എന്നു ശാന്തിക്കാരന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു MR. the temple is desecrated. ശു., (vu. ചുത്തം) മാറിയോ or അയിത്തായോ (അശുദ്ധം) are you polluted?
