To be boiling, stewed, steamed ചക്ക പുഴുങ്ങിയകലം prov. — പുഴുങ്ങ ലരി rice made from parboiled Paddy (opp. ഉണങ്ങലരി). പുഴുങ്ങല്‍ചൂര്‍ Palg. the steam of wet rice-straw (smelling like boiled paddy). 2. v. a. = പുഴുക്കുക to parboil. VN. I. പുഴുക്കം boiling, steaming heat. II. പുഴുക്കു T. M. vaṇḍụ T. M. aC. (വള്‍ round or whirling). 1.
