tēvụ T. M. (VN. തേയുക) Waste, thinness. തേവറ the wane of the moon (T. തേയ്പിറൈ). തേവുക aM. = തേകുക.

tālam 1. S. Palmyra tree, Borassus= ക രിന്പന f. i. താലവനം CG. — താല N. pr. fem. 2. tiṭṭa T. M. C (തിട്ടു) 1. Raised ground, hillock, shoal, മണ(ല്‍)ത്തിട്ട sandbank. 2. a raised seat, as in a veranda, തെക്കുവടക്കായി തി. ഇരി ക്കുന്നു, തി. എന്നാല്‍ തിണ (jud.) in a shop. 3. palisades, as placed between fighting elephants V1. (&തിട്ടന്‍ V1. a trench).

turaṇġani S. & തുരഗം S. (തുര്‍ to run, to be swift). A horse, രഥതുരഗകരികള്‍ Nal. തുരഗാധിരൂഢന്‍ VetC. ?

turīyam S. (ചതുര്‍). Fourth, വീര്യത്തില്‍ തുരീയാര്‍ദ്ധം നല്കാം Bhr. = 1/8, (see തുര്യം). തുരുതുര = തുറുതുറേ Thickly, തു. ച്ചോര ചൊരി ഞ്ഞു KR. — തുരുതുരനെഞ്ചരും Mpl. (fully).

tundam S. Belly — തുന്ദി navel. തുന്ദിഭന്‍ one, who has a prominent belly or navel, (=വയറന്‍ V1.).
