(കായി വീണു മര ത്തില്‍ തങ്ങിപ്പോയി caught in the branches). തങ്ങിപ്പറക = തക്കിപ്പറക to stammer. Hence: VN. തങ്ങല്‍ rest, shelter, So. (& തക്കം). തങ്ങാരം support, stay.
