pārvatyam (Tdbh. of പ്രാവ൪ത്യം? as if fr. പ്രവൃത്തി q. v.; but T. Te. V1. have pārapatyam, C. pārup. superintendence, management, as if fr. പാര്‍ക്ക). 1. Local government, administration മോര്‍ വില്ക്കുന്നതായേ ഊ രിലേ പാരപത്യം എന്തിനു prov., also പാറോ ത്യം; നാട്ടില്‍ ഓരോരുത്തര്‍ പാറോവത്തി ചെ യ്തു, പാറവത്യം ചെയ്യുന്നവന്‍ TR. 2. Trav. a subordinate revenue situation. പാ൪വത്യക്കാര൪ a subordinate Collector & Magistrate (Trav. = അധികാരി). സുല്ത്താ ന്‍റെ പാര്‍പ്പത്യക്കാരന്മാര്‍, പാര്‍പ്പത്തിക്കാരന്‍ TR.
