C. Te., see വലയുക. മലയുടയന്‍ N. pr. a Paradēvata of mountaineers. മലയുടുന്പന്‍ a kind of paddy CrP. മലയെരിമ 1. = മലപ്പോത്തു. 2. a hill moon-plant (Erycine?). മലവാരം rent for felling timber.

muńńa (S. മുഞ്ജ Saccharum munja). Premna integrifolia (T. മുന്ന) med. മുഞ്ഞയില a poultice; the wood serves to produce fire by attrition. Kinds: കാട്ടുമു.,പെരുമു.,വെണ്മു Rh., കടല്‍മുഞ്ഞ = ചിന്ന 2, 363, പുഴമു. മുഞ്ഞി = മുച്ചി Face (Trav. No. loc.) കര്‍ണ്ണാദിക ളുടെ മൊഞ്ഞി കറുത്തു Cr Arj. [hence: മുഞ്ചുക to suck, see ab. = മോഞ്ചുക Vl.]
