maγam 1. Tdbh. of മഘ. The 10th constellation (Regulus). മകമാം നാളന്നു KR. മകം പിറന്ന മങ്ക prov. 2. a feast shortly after ōṇam. 3. T. aM. Tdbh., of മഖം a sacrifice മകോദരന്മുടിവിനാലേ മകങ്ങള്‍ നൂറുടയവാ നോര്‍ RC. pleased as with 100 sacrifices.

mūssaδụ (fr. മൂത്തതു q. v. & below it). A lower division of Brahmans = ഊരിലേ പ രിഷ 151 who have left the കര്‍മ്മങ്ങള്‍ക്കാധി ക്യം to others & with Parašu Rāma's sins have taken on themselves the secular power ഭൂ മിക്കാധിക്യം — Brahmans who practise surgery are ranking with them.

(858.) v. a. മേയ്ക്ക To cause animals to graze or eat, to feed, tend അശ്വങ്ങളെ മേപ്പതിനായി, പശുവൃന്ദത്തെ മേച്ചു. Bhr.
