māṭṭam C Tu. M. (മാടുക). 1. maithunam S. (മിഥുന). Matrimony, coitus. — ശ്വാവിന്‍റെ മൈ. പോലേ prov. മൈഥുനപരന്‍ Bhg. lecherous. മൈഥുനമാസം = മിഥുനം.

mānd/?/yam S. (മന്ദ്). 1. Sluggishness, torpor ബുദ്ധിമാ. 2. esp. = അഗ്നിമാ. indigestion, Tdbh. മാന്തം a children's disease, also മാന്തസന്നി fits from indigestion.

mau/?/hyam S. = മൂഢത Stupidity, caste prejudice, fanaticism. മൌണ്ഡ്യം S. = മുണ്ഡത്വം KR. as a punishment of ambassadors. മൌത V1. = മമത Dissimulation.
