moṭṭa T. M. C. Tu. (മുണ്ഡ). 1. mūssaδụ (fr. മൂത്തതു q. v. & below it). A lower division of Brahmans = ഊരിലേ പ രിഷ 151 who have left the കര്‍മ്മങ്ങള്‍ക്കാധി ക്യം to others & with Parašu Rāma's sins have taken on themselves the secular power ഭൂ മിക്കാധിക്യം — Brahmans who practise surgery are ranking with them.
