Kinds: നാട്ടുചക്കു, കൊങ്ങന്‍ചക്കു MR. 2. measure of oil-fruits ഒരു ചക്ക് എള്ളു etc. Hence: ചക്കാട്ടുക to work an oilpress. čir̀aγụ T. M. (= ഇറകു) 1. tōṇḍγa T. M.C (C. Te. Tu. തോടു) 1. To burrow, scoop out. ചെവി തോ. to remove ear-wax. കിണറു, കുളം തോണ്ടി എടുക്ക to clean out a well. വെള്ളം ആകാഞ്ഞാല്‍ തോ ണ്ടിക്കുടിക്കേണം prov. (No. പാത്രം തോണ്ടു പോയി = തുളഞ്ഞുപോയി see തോട്ട). 2. So. to dig = കിളെക്ക, as പണം തോണ്ടി എടുത്തു Arb. dug out. 3.
