čaryam S. To be observed (I. ചരിക്ക). ദിനചര്യ, ഋതുചര്യ the observance of a day, a season etc.

dinam S. (part. = ദിതം, as പകല്‍ fr. പക divide, or √ ദിവ?) 1. Day = നാള്‍ and = പകല്‍. 2. daily (vu.). — പലദിനം repeatedly. — ദിനം ദിനം daily (ദി. പ്രതി, അനുദിനം). ദിനകരന്‍ the day-maker, ദിനമണി the jewel of the day, ദിനപതി, ദിനേഷന്‍ = the sun. ദിനചര്യ, (see ചര്യ), daily duty; also ദേശം തോറും ദിനചര്യമായി (sic); നടക്കുന്ന അംശം കോലക്കാര്‍ MR. 2. a diary in offices. ദിനദീപംപോലേ prov. as useless as a day- lamp. ദിനാന്തം evening, അന്നു ദിനാന്തേ SiPu. ദിനേ ദിനേ Loc. daily. ദിനിസ്സ് = ജിനിസ്സ്, f. i. ഈ ദിനിസ്സ് നായ ന്മാര്‍ ആണുങ്ങള്‍ ഉടുക്കുന്നു TR.
