kārkōḍaγaǹ (S. from കര്‍ക്കാടം) 1. A serpent, vu. = ചേര. 2. a villain, rascal; also കാ൪വോടന്‍, കാറോടന്‍ = കാരാടന്‍. കാര്‍ത്തവീര്യന്‍ S. (കൃതവീര്യന്‍) N. pr.
