tôṇgal (= തൊങ്ങല്‍). Drapery തോ' ലും തിരകളും Nal. മണിത്തോങ്കല്‍ SiPu. of a bed; plumage, pendulous ornament ഉമ്മത്തവും തോ'ലും തിരകളും Bhr. പീശ്ശാങ്കത്തിയുറയുടെ തോങ്കല്‍ a tassel of leather-stripes, toothpick, etc. dangling from the sheath of a knife. (Chēranāḍu).

tarišụ T. M. (= തരി 3.) Lying waste or fallow ത. നിലം, ത. പറന്പു, ത. ഭൂമി etc. തരിശായി കിടക്കുന്ന നിലം, പറന്പു ത. നീക്കി തൈ വെച്ചുണ്ടാക്കി MR. നിലത്തെ തരിശിട്ടു വെ ച്ചു VyM. I.

Palg. pure milk (No. തനിച്ചപാല്‍). തനിയാക്കുക to separate, make helpless. തനിച്ചു id.; തനിച്ചിരിക്ക to be alone. തനിച്ചു ഭൂമിയില്‍ പതിച്ചു KR. unaccountably. — ത നിച്ച വലി (mod.) a special train (railway). തനിമ V2. loneliness, — തന്പുരാന്‍പുത്രന്‍ തനി യന്‍ PP. only begotten. തനിക്കു to himself, to oneself; ആരും തനിക്കു താനല്ല ദൈവതം Si Pu. പുത്രന്മാര്‍ തനിക്കു താന്‍ പെറ്റൊന്നും ഇല്ല Bhr. she had no child of her own. തനിക്കുതാന്‍പോന്നവന്‍ self-sufficient, ത. എന്ന ഭാവം നിനക്കു മുഴുത്തു പാരം CC. I cannot stand such treatment. ഇരുത. പറക യില്ല KR. അവയവങ്ങളെ ഒരു തരമേ ആക്കി കൊള്‍വു Gan. reduce fractions to the same denomination, ഏതൊരു തരത്തിലും Bhr. anyhow. മതി പതറും തരം വേഗമുള്ള RC. (= വണ്ണം).
