(=മുതുകെല്ലു). തണ്ടേററം (3) a ceremony, when a chieftain succeeds to the headship of the family. തണ്ടേല്‍ see തണ്ടല്‍.

tīkšṇam S. (= തിഗ്മം) Sharp. തീക്ഷ്ണ ഖള്‍ഗം PT.; തീക്ഷണവിജ്ഞാനാസിനാ ഛേദിക്ക Bhg.; തീ'നായുള്ള മൌര്യന്‍ Mud.; തീ'മാം തേജ സ്സോടും Bhr. തീക്ഷ്ണദണ്ഡന്‍ AR. a severe master. തീക്ഷ്ണരസം saltpetre, Mud. — Also തീക്ഷണം (as തീക്ഷണഗന്ധങ്ങളാം വില്വം Nal.; തീ' മായുള്ള കത്തിയെ നക്കുന്നു, തീ'മാകും വണ്ണം ശോഭിക്കും KR.) as it were 'quick like fire'.
