čuna M. Tu. C. (സൊന, in Te. T. cascade, fr. ചുരക്ക) Juice, as of a mango stalk after the fruit is broken off. ചുന കണ്ണില്‍ തെ റിച്ചു vu.; നാരങ്ങച്ചുന a med. ചുനെക്ക to ooze out; to be acrid. ചുനെച്ചതു GP 68.; മാങ്ങചുനെച്ചു = മൂത്തുപോയി.

čīpụ T. M. (see ചീക II, ചീര്‍പ്പു) 1. A comb ചീ. കൊണ്ട ഈരിക്ക V2., ചീപ്പിടുക (in V1. also ചീപ്പുക) to comb. 2. a cluster or comb of a plantain bunch; മുന്‍ ചീ. the best, കടച്ചീ. (പടലം, പള്ള). 3. a bolt pushed from below (= തഴുതു) വാതിലടെച്ച് ആപ്പും ചീപ്പും ഇട്ടു TP. ആപ്പും ചീപ്പും കൊക്കയും കൊളുത്തും ഇടുക vu. ചീപ്പാണി (3) No. a linch-pin. ചീപ്പോടു = ചിപ്പോടു.

VN. ചെരിവു = ചരിവു inclination കഴുക്കോല്‍ ചെ., വളത്തുളയുടെ ചെ.. Gan. (in geometry). ചെരിക്കല്‍ V2. dizziness = തല തിരിക (see ചൊരുക്ക).

čaṇṇa 1. Buttocks of animals, ham കു റകു f.i. കൊള്ളികൊണ്ടു ചണ്ണെക്ക എറിഞ്ഞു; ച. വലിച്ചിരിക്ക the nerve of the thigh is contracted.— ചണ്ണപ്പൂട്ടു No. the socket of the hip-bone. 2.
