tēṭṭuγa No., (= തികട്ടുക, T. തെകട്ടുക). 1. To belch പുളിച്ചു തേ. = ആമ്ലകം, പുകഞ്ഞു തേ. = ധൂമകം Asht. 2. to ruminate തേട്ടി അയ വര്‍ക്കുക, പശു തേട്ടി അരെക്കുക MC (= തേക്കി അരെക്ക). കുട്ടിവായില്‍ തേട്ടിക്കൊടുക്ക MC. തേന aM. Tdbh., സേന, (തേനയോടു RC.)

tuppuγa T.M. C. To spit. VN. തുപ്പു & തുപ്പല്‍ spitting, spittle. തുപ്പുന്നതു a spitting-pot, കോളാന്പി. തുപ്പരം (loc.) poverty, fr. തുന്‍പം?

(for swimming). തറുതല T. So. No. low, trifling, fool-hardy, mischievousness. ത. പറക to speak indirectly, evasively. തറുതലക്കാരന്‍ a mischievous & fool-hardy man. തറുപ്പു V1. a brush. തറുവാങ്കം a. med. = സര്‍വ്വാംഗം.

tuḷi T. M. (തുളു Tu. C. to tremble) A drop, also തുള്ളി q. v., ചോരത്തുളി Bhg. — (No. toddy drawers say of a cut cocoanut-spadix: തു. എ ടുക്ക toddy begins to flow, തു. തെളിഞ്ഞു flows freely, തു. ആറി has dried up). തുളിക്ക 1. to drop, as medicines ചെവിയില്‍ Tantr. എണ്ണ വെന്തു പുണ്ണില്‍ തു.
