VN. തുലച്ചല്‍ B. end, difficulty, prh. = തോല്വി; as തുലവു id., തുലയിവു നിശിചരന്നാക്കി നാന്‍ അന്പിനാന്‍ RC. a. v. തുലെക്ക (to drive away?), to consume, finish, അച്ചൊല്‍ മെയ്യെന്നുമാറു തുലെത്തനന്‍ കതൃത്തവരെ RC.

To be strengthened, thrive തേറുന്ന ഭക്തി, തേറിന മോദം Mud. ശരീരം തേറീട്ടില്ല (= തടിച്ചില്ല), തേറി വന്നു. 2. to mend, recover, (Nasr. to be converted). തേറരുതാതോളം അത്തല്‍ RC incurable grief. വാക്കു കേട്ടു വേദന വേറിട്ടു തേറിനാര്‍ CG. were comforted. എന്നെ നീ പേടിക്കാതേ തേറുക മ നോഹരേ CG. take courage! 3. v. a. to believe, തേറുകേ വെണ്ടു ഞാന്‍ ചൊന്നതെല്ലാം CG. എന്നതു തേറുമാറു RC. so as to believe. ചതി എന്നു തേറിനാള്‍ RC. concluded, knew. ജയി പ്പാന്‍ പണി തേറു നീ Bhr. believe me, we cannot conquer തേറിനാര്‍ Bhr. resolved. — തേ റിയോനേ മാറല്ല മാറിയോനേ തേറല്ല prov. trust. എനിക്കവരെയും അവര്‍കള്‍ക്കെന്നെയും മ നക്കുരുന്നില്‍ തേറരുതു Bhr. we can no more trust each other. VN. I. തേറല്‍ 1. clearness, thriving; certainty, thought. 2. (T. = കള്‍ palmwine), nectar, perh. = തേന്‍ f. i. ഓമന വായ്മലര്‍ത്തേറല്‍വീ ണേററവും CG. bewitching words of a child ദേവിയാം പൂമലരില്‍ താവുന്നോരാനന്ദത്തേ റല്‍ മാനസമാകിയ വണ്ടുണ്ടുണ്ടു CG. 3. trust, reliance, പൈന്തേറല്‍ തേറുമവര്‍, തേ. വിളി പ്പിത്താന്‍ അഴകെഴു പുഷ്പകം അന്നേരം RC. II. തേററം 1. firmness, ശരീരത്തേ. convalescence V2., constancy. 2. faith, trust തേ' ത്തോടെന്നും തൊഴുന്നേന്‍ Anj.; ചൊല്ലിനാന്‍ തേററം വരുംവണ്ണം അമ്മെക്കു; തേ. വരു ത്തിയ നിങ്കളവു CG. തേററുക v. a. to clear, make strong.

tōǹǹuγa (T. — ന്‍റു, C. Te. — റു, — ചു, Tu. — ജൂ) 1. To spring up മനസ്സില്‍ കൃപ തോന്നി, നിങ്ങള്‍ക്കു നമ്മോട് ഒരു കൃപ തോ ന്നാതേ TR. കഥ മനസ്സില്‍ തോ. to occur, strike, സദാ മാനസേ നിന്‍രൂപം തോന്നേണം AR. അനിഷ്ടം, ഭയം തോ. etc. — to turn out well. അസ്ത്രങ്ങള്‍ തോന്നാതേ പോക Bhr. may they never hit! ദിവ്യാസ്ത്രങ്ങള്‍ ഒന്നും വഴിയേ തോ ന്നീല്ല Bhr. would not answer. 2. to appear to the sight. അടുത്തുള്ളതു ദൂരേയും ദൂരയുള്ളതടു ക്കേയും തോന്നും Nid. — to seem ചിന്തിക്കില്‍ കല്ലെന്നു തോന്നും CG. might be taken for a stone. So in comparison often സത്യം എന്നി ങ്ങനേ തോന്നുംവണ്ണം CG. so as to make one think, it true. 3. to come into the mind മറ ന്നിതോ തോന്നുന്നിതോ ഹൃദി KR.; സംഗമം തോ ന്നീല്ല ഏതും Bhr. could not remember, ഒന്നും തോന്നാതേ നടന്നു ദേശാന്തരം VetC. without a thought. With Dat. of obj. തീക്കു തന്നുള്ളിലേ തോന്നിത്തുടങ്ങി CG. the thought of fire, മന സ്സില്‍ തോന്നിപ്പോയി, മറെറാന്നു തോന്നിപ്പോക രുതു TR. don't attribute it to other reasons. തോ ന്നിയ വേദന felt. 4. to please, come to a Previous page Next page
