paδa 1. Boiling, throbbing; also T. 2. foam, froth, as on toddy. പത കളക V2. to skim. പതയുക So. to foam, bubble — VN. പതച്ചല്‍. പതെക്ക T. M. 1. to palpitate V1. 2. v. n. to boil up, foam പതെച്ച വെള്ളം vu.; so ഭൂമി, ഓട്ടുപുര etc., പൂഴി പതെച്ചിട്ടു കടപ്പുറത്തു നടന്നൂട emitting heat, തല നൊന്തു പ. No. 3. v. a. So. to agitate. CV. (2) വെള്ളം etc. പതെപ്പിക്ക = തിളപ്പിക്ക.

paraġaδi S. (പരം 3.). Bliss എല്ലാ ര്‍ക്കും ഗുരു തന്നേ പരയായുള്ള ഗതി KR. പരജന്മം another birth. പരജാതന്‍ a bastard, Bhr. പരജാതി a foreign tribe, other caste. പരണി Tdbh.; ഭരണി A vase, jar. പരണി ക്കിണ്ണം an earthen plate. പരണ്‍ T. So., also പരണ a loft under the roof, rude ceiling; a frame for drying something over the fire-place.

pāyasam S. (പയസ്സ്). 1. Rice boiled in milk = പാല്‍ച്ചോറു, ഹേമപാത്രസ്ഥമായ പായസം AR.; a meal in a temple പാല്‍പാ. ചരക്കില്‍ വെച്ചു vu. പായതച്ചോററിന്നിരിക്ക TP. 2. a vow ആഴിവര്‍ണ്ണനു പായസ്സം പതി നാറു കഴിപ്പന്‍ SG. (gen. പണപ്പായസം).

paδu (പത്തു) 10, ആയിരത്തിന്മേല്‍ ഒരു പതുമക്കളും Bhg. (in ഒന്പതു etc., see പത്തു.) പതുപ്പത്തു by tens, പത്തില്‍ പ. ഇരട്ടിച്ച ഗജ ബലം ഉണ്ടു ചിലര്‍ക്കു KR.
