bhramam S. (S. bhram, L. fremo). 1. bhrāndaǹ S. (part. of ഭ്രമ്). 1. Roaming, confused. 2. mad; also N. pr. a Paradēvata ഭ്രാന്തജളബധിരാന്ധമൂകൈസ്സമം സഞ്ച രിച്ചു Bhg. walking with the mad, silly, blind, etc., the highest സന്ന്യാസം. ഭ്രാന്തി 1. S. whirling, error, madness കാമ ഭ്രാ. etc. ജലസ്ഥലഭ്രാ. Bhg. fancying there is water where none is to be found. 2. M. (loc.) a mad woman ഭ്രാന്തികള്‍ B. ഭ്രാന്തി ച്ചി (better ഭ്രാന്ത, ഭ്രാന്തമാര്‍). ഭ്രാന്തു Tdbh. delirium; madness. തന്നേത്താന്‍ മറക്കയും പിരാന്തു പറകയും MM. delirious, ഭ്രാ. പറയുന്നതു തീരും Tantr. ഭ്രാ. പിടിക്ക to go mad. ഭ്രാന്തുണ്ടിവര്‍ക്ക് എന്നു ചൊല്ലുവോര്‍ CG. പുത്രഭര്‍ത്താവെന്നുള്ളൊരു ഭ്രാന്തുകള്‍ KR. absurd notions. — Hence ഭ്രാന്താളി, ഭ്രാന്താ ളിത്വം (loc.) madness.
