mār̀uγa 5.(മാറു). 1. v. n. To be changed, altered, നിറം മാറിയ വസ്ത്രം coloured, പല്ലുമാ. to get new teeth. ആള്‍ മാറിക്കാണ്കകൊണ്ടു വി ശ്വസിച്ചില്ല TR. on account of the change of the persons. പെണ്‍പൈതല്‍ മാറിയശോദാ വ ളര്‍ത്തുള്ളൊരാണ്‍പൈതലെ നിന്നെക്കാണാകേ ണം Anj. of (K/?/šṇa). 2. to change place, remove to a distance കൊച്ചിയില്‍ മാറിപ്പാര്‍ക്കു ന്നു TR. ശരീരം മാറുന്പോള്‍ സുരലോകം ഏറും KR. ഞങ്ങളില്‍ പറഞ്ഞു മാ. യും ചെയ്തു TR. Esp. with aux. V. പ്രവൃത്തി മാറിക്കൊടുക്ക TR. to make other appointments. മാറി എഴുതേണം VyM. write afresh (& മാററി എഴുതിക്ക). 5. to wash the face = മോറുക. മാറിനില്ക്ക (2) to draw back, retire, keep aloof, abstain from interfering TR.

mōr̀uγa No.(V1.2. മുവരുക) To cleanse, scour metal vessels with ashes etc. കുരണ്ടുമോ റി TP. കിണ്ണം വടിച്ചു മോറി, കിണ്ടി തേച്ചു മോറി. മോറാഴി, മോറായി the pommel of a knife, stick, etc. (മൊട്ടു). മോലോം vu. = മതിലകം.
