vakkuγa So. To singe, burn slightly. VN. വക്കല്‍. വിളവു വക്കിപ്പോയി, വക്കല്‍ ആണ Palg.; met. കുന്നു വക്കിപ്പോയി a calf stunted through want of milk etc. = വേനല്‍ ഓടിപ്പോയി Palg. II.
