Tu. നാട്ട & നാത്ത) smell, bad smell, as മേല്‍ നാ. V2. (of armpits). നാ'വും മണ വും അറിയാത്തവന്‍ prov. a dunce. നാ. പിടിക്ക to begin to spoil. v. a. നാററുക to smell, തീക്ഷണദ്രവ്യത്തെ നാ. Nid.; നാററി നോക്കുക, നാററാന്‍ കൊടുത്താല്‍ ന ക്കരുതു prov. CV. നാററിക്ക to spread a smell. എന്നേ നാ' ച്ചു brought me into bad repute.

pī T. M. Tu. 1. Excrements of men, birds etc. (see പിഴുക്കു, C. hēlu). 2. the wax of the ear, mucus. 3. (C. hī) fie = ചീ, as പാരാ തേ പീ എന്നു ചൊലിലും പിന്നേ CG. will abhor. പീനാറുക to smell of ordure പിള്ള ചിത്തം പീ'൦ prov. പീനാറിമരം Ailanthus excelsus (പെരുമരം). പീനാററുമരം Sterculia fœtida. പീപ്പന്നി the domestic pig. പീക്കു No. vu. = പിഴുക്കു or പിശുക്കു, see പീ ടു = എച്ചില്‍ഃ അവന്‍െറ പീ. ഞാന്‍ തിന്നിട്ടില്ല I did not spunge on him.

Tdbh. of ഭൂതി : തിന്മാന്‍ വളരേ പൂ. പ ഞ്ചപൂതി അഞ്ചും തെളിഞ്ഞു No. vu. fully satisfied. പൂതിയുണര്‍ത്തി a Stercoria (= പീനാറി or മീ ന്നാറി). പൂതിവക്ത്രം S. a bad smelling mouth. Nid 39. māṇṇa (മാ III., കായ്). 1. A mango fruit പച്ച മാ. medicinal, a. med. 2. mango pickle. 3. the heart or kidneys of animals തേങ്ങയും മാ. യും stomach etc. — ചെറുമാങ്ങ a Gratiola or Columnea, ചെറുമാങ്കൊട്ട a frutex.
