(ചി'ത്തീക്കൊത്ത ചൂടു intense heat; — കാണി ക്ക met. to energize). ചിരട്ടക്കരി B.; for begging അവന്‍ ൨ കൈയിലും നാലു ചി. പിടിച്ചു പോകും (curse); for drinking ചിരട്ടക്കള്ളെണ്ണി ക്കയറും TP. — മുട്ടിന്‍ ചിരട്ട the knee-pan. VN. ഞെരുക്കം (— രി —) straits, tightness; poverty. അരിക്കു കുറേ ഞെ'മായി, ഇവിടെ ഇരിക്ക ഞെ. തന്നേ ആകുന്നു TR. difficulty. രാത്രി പോവാന്‍ ഞെ.
