To let fly, scatter about, sprinkle. പാററഇത്തുപ്പിയാല്‍ prov. to spit cunningly. കാററഉ മലകളെ പാററിക്കളയും VilvP. വെട്വെച്ചു പാററി blew from guns. 2. to dust മൂട പൊളിച്ചു പുല്ലും പൊടിയും പാ., നെ ല്ലു പാ. paṇḍi T. So. (= പണ്ടം 3) The stomach തീന്‍പ.; hence പ. വയറന്‍ pot-bellied.
