kayar̀uγa = ഏറുക, കരയേറുക v. n. 1. kāččuγa (T. കായ്ച്ചു Te. C. കാസു from കായി). 1. To warm, boil. വെള്ളം കാച്ചാന്‍ TR. കാച്ചിയ നീരില്‍ സേവിക്ക a med. കാച്ചിന ജലംകൊണ്ടു കുളിച്ചു VCh. കള്‍കാ. to distil. എ ണ്ണകാച്ചി എടുക്ക etc. അതിന്നു നെയി കാച്ചുവാന്‍ മരുന്നു MM. കാച്ചികുത്തുക (see കിഴി).— കാ ച്ചിയോ പഴുത്തതോ ripening or ripe? (So. കാച്ചി green paddy B.) 2. to cauterize. കേടിന്നു തക്കവാറുകാ. (in cancer). വെള്ളിക്കോല്‍ കൊണ്ടു കാ. a med. ഇരിന്പുകൊണ്ടു കാച്ചി (a snake-bite). — (loc.) to flog. kuḷi T. M. (കുളം) Bathing, ablution, as തീ ണ്ടിക്കളി, തൊട്ടുകുളി, നാലാംകുളി etc. തളിച്ചു കു.or കുടഞ്ഞു ക. — കുളിപ്പുര bathing room. കുളി നിയമം അവനു നാസ്തി SiPu.; കുളിയും ഭക്ഷണ വും regular meal of high castes. കുളിയും ഭക്ഷ ണത്തിന്നു ഭാവിക്കുന്പോള്‍ TR. കുളിക്ക T. guḷiγa S. (ഗുടിക fr. ഗുഡം) Ball, pill, bolus ആ വണ്ണത്തില്‍ ഗു. കെട്ടുക a med. മഞ്ചാ ടിപ്രമാണം ഗു. ഉരുട്ടി med. കുളികവാശി വാടാ തവ MR. (in doc. of coins, unclipped?). ഗുളികന്‍ a demon, son of Saturn, ruler of the ഗുളികനാഴിക, fatal hours much dreaded in disease. ഗുളികപ്പുഴ N. pr. parish So. of Cut/?/t/?/iyāḍi.

čōla T. M. 1. Grove, shade, cool retreat പറന്പു ചോല കെട്ടിയതുകൊണ്ട് അനുഭവം ഇ ല്ല dense foliage. ചോലപ്പാടു, ചോലപ്പറന്പു V1. ചോലയില്‍ വരിക, opp. വെയിലത്തു നില്ക്ക. ന ന്പ്യാര്‍ മരിച്ചെങ്കില്‍ ചോലയില്‍ കിറിയ കഴി ക്ക TP. tuḷḷuγa T. M. C. Te. (√ തുളു) 1. To frisk, jump, leap തുള്ളിക്കളിക്ക, — ച്ചാടുക, as calves. പാളയത്തില്‍ തുള്ളി വീണു, കിണററില്‍ തുള്ള്യൂടുന്നു TP. തുള്ളിത്തുള്ളി നടക്ക to trip warily from one clean spot to another, as conscientious Brahmans do. 2. involuntary motion, തുള്ളു ന്നു ദക്ഷിണബാഹുനേത്രങ്ങളും KR. (a middling omen = തുടിക്ക). തുള്ളും മുനയോടിളകും ചുരിക കള്‍ Bhr. — of ague = കുളിര്‍ന്നു വിറെക്ക V2.; of demoniac possession; തുളളി ഒഴിക to be dispossessed. met. ഉള്ളം തുള്ളപോര്‍ പൊരുതാര്‍ RC. തുള്ളന്‍ 1. a grasshopper. 2. a devil's dancer. — fem. തുള്ളിച്ചിപ്പെണ്ണിന്ന് ഒരു കട്ടി prov. unruly woman. VN. തുള്ളല്‍ 1. jumping, വെള്ളത്തിലേത്തിര തുള്ളുന്ന തുള്ളല്‍പോല്‍ DN. 2. tremor, as of ague, hence തുള്ളല്‍പനി V1., തുള്ളപ്പനി = വിറപ്പനി. 3. demoniac possession; തുള്ള ല്ക്കാരന്‍ = തുള്ളന്‍ 2; a religious dance — തു ള്ള(ല്‍) പ്പാട്ടു songs with dance & mimics. തുള്ളി = തുളി a drop, ഒരു തുള്ളിവെള്ളം Mud. — തു ള്ളിയിടുന്നു it drops. തു മാംന്നു rain ceases. (T. തുവന്‍റു = രൂരുക) to be filled up, as wells, etc. see തു കരുക. തുവര്‍ക്കുക T. M. = ചവര്‍ക്ക, (see തുവര്‍). തുവര്‍ത്തുക, (T. തുവട്ടുക, Te. ദുവ്വു) 1. to make dry, to wipe clean, കുളിച്ചു കയറി ഓന്‍ തോ ര്‍ത്തുന്നു TP. 2.
