tōkkuγa No. (T. തോയ്ക്ക to dip in, bring together; contr. of തുകക്ക, തുവെക്ക; C. ദൊഗെയു to dig out, burrow). To bore a hole into any vessel or fruit containing a fluid. പാ ല്ക്കുഴ മെല്ലവേ തോക്കും, പാക്കുഴ തോത്തതു, തോ ക്കുകൊണ്ടണ്ണാര്‍ന്നു വായും പിളര്‍ന്നു CG. tukkuγa (T.to eat) = ഇരന്നു ന ടക്ക. A beggar is called തുക്കി or തുക്കിപ്പെറു ക്കി (loc.); പെറുക്കിത്തുക്കിനായി (No., abuse).

tuṭṭụ T. M. (C. Te. Tu. ദുഡ്ഡു, fr. C. Tu. ദുഡു to acquire wealth). A copper coin = 20 cash or ½ pice. അകലേ പോന്നവനെ അരികേ വിളി ച്ചാല്‍ അരക്കാത്തുട്ടു ചേതം prov. തുട്ടുഉറുപ്പ്യ TR. a Rupee, worth 360 Reas in 1799. തുട്ടി SoM. a fine (on wages or salary).
