TR. the sum total, also തിരട്ടു ക ണക്കു adding up a sum. കുറുന്തിരട്ടു a short abstract. 2. തിരട്ടുകഞ്ഞി, തി'കുളി etc., what refers to the first menstruation; (തിരട്ടുകല്യാ ണം = വയസ്സറിയിക്കും കല്യാണം). തിരട്ടുക 1. So. to ball up, (= തിരയു 1.). 2. തി രട്ടിവെക്ക to perform a ceremony for a girl of 5-6 years, in preparation of marriage (putting her aside, as if for the first menstruation).
