parōkšam S. (പരഃ, അക്ഷ). Lying beyond our sight or perception, opp. പ്രത്യക്ഷം, as പരോക്ഷജ്ഞാനം Bhg.; പൂ൪വ്വകാണ്ഡങ്ങള്‍ ഭിന്നമായി പ'മായി ദു൪ബ്ബലമായി Bhg. are abrogated as torn & thrown aside, (because അപ രോക്ഷജ്ഞാനം (36) വന്നു). പരോപകാരം S. (പര). Benefitting others, Nal. പരോപകാരവ്രതം a vow; പ'രൈകനിരതന്‍ Brhmd. പരോപകാരി benevolent, hospitable. പരോല്പത്തി S. another man's property V1. പരോ & പരവു Tdbh.; പ്രഭു, as N. pr. of caste & otherwise പരോസ്ഥാനം നടത്തുക KU.

II. പൂപ്പു 1. growing; ഇളന്പൂപ്പു (loc.) = അന്നു ണ്ണിഫലം annual vegetables. 2. a crop കൊല്ലത്തില്‍ മൂന്നു പൂപ്പു prov. sowing & reaping thrice (Kanni, Maγara, Mēḍa) also പൂവല്‍ & പൂ. 3. mould, verdigris, moss പൂ. പിടിക്ക Vl. 4. menses. CV. പൂപ്പിക്ക to cause to blossom മററുള്ളൃ തുക്കളും തന്മരം തന്മരം പൂപ്പിച്ചു CG.
