pōkku T. M. C. (പോക). 1. puṇġavaǹ S. (പും + ഗോ). 1. A bull, പുംഗവധ്വജന്‍റെ ചെഞ്ചിടഭാരം PT. Siva's. 2. the chief of നരപു., വാനരപു. KR. the best of men, monkeys. പുങ്ങം Tdbh. = പുംസവനം; പുങ്ങച്ചോറു etc.

palahāram (T. പണിയാരം, Port. paniara, C. പലാരം fr. ഫലാഹാരം). Cakes, sweetmeats, esp. = നെയ്യപ്പം; any slight repast.

paṇḍ/?/iδaǹ S. (പണ്ഡ wisdom, rather from Te., see prec.) 1.
